        • Disadvantages: high refusal rate, short interview

      • Focus group: group of people asked about their perceptions, opinions, beliefs, and attitudes towards a product, service, concept, etc
        • Advantages: data and insights from group interaction, common language
        • Disadvantages: scheduling difficulty
